Raja Raja Varma, and K. C. S. Paniker. art gallery shows not only the work of famous persons bit also by the paintings from different school of arts of various part of india. it includes many styles of painting includes chinese, balinese and japaneese etc. there are more than 1100 paintings in the gallery. the greater number of paintings include in the gallery by raja ravi varma, every one know about that great person, the king in the world of paintings, jasmine wearing nair lady, damayanthi talking to the swan, sakundala are awesome of the magic by him.
Unfortunately some of the paintings in the collection were damaged due to some climate problems, remember about one thing these awesome work by the great men are destroying due to lack of space, so that the government stated the new building for art gallery, but it was in 1985, the work is not in progress. what a pity.
