Pazhassi dam located 37 km away from kannur town. october to december is the best time too visit the dam and near locations. when you reach at dam it only a little distance to the birth place of keralavarma pazhassiraja known as kerala lion. the nearest railway station is at kannur at a distance of 37 km away from here. you can reach the nearest airport at calicut by traveling 139 km from pazhassi dam.
